Watercolor made with deep indigo blue organic/mineral hybrid pigment, made from natural indigo from Santiago Niltepec, Oaxaca and palygorskite clay.

 This pigment is highly resistant and permanent, and has great historical and cultural value, having been used since pre-Hispanic times in Mesoamerica - in murals, codices and ceramics.

 *It is normal for there to be a slight separation between the pigment and the binder, this is because our paints are manufactured without fillers or additives. It does not affect the quality of the paint at all.
