Dark, warm brown mineral pigment, derived from natural iron oxide deposits  in the Mixtec Sierra of Puebla.

 Although this pigment shares the color of traditional burnt umber, it has not undergone the characteristic calcining process with which it has historically been obtained.

 Can be used in combination with any binder.

 Store in a dry place.
